The worst 911 Turbo you’ve ever heard
My euro-spec Porsche 911 Turbo daily driver, got the *WORST* exhaust mod.
Initially I got these straight pipes from a friend of mine as I wanted to make my 911 louder. Unfortunately that's all it did and made it literally unbearable. Its _so loud_ that it was starting to rattle every panel inside the car.
Stock exhaust went back on the car :D, I can fully live with it being a quiet daily driver.
The car is a RoW 2001 911 Turbo painted in Biarritz White with:
-Manthey Coilover kit
-Manthey ECU Tune
-Manthey Sidescoops
-OEM GT2 K24 Turbos
-OEM GT2 Intercoolers
-OEM GT2 Front bumper + all ducting and lip
-OEM GT2 05MY Carbon front vent
-DP Motorsport dry carbon rear wing
-DP Motorsport dry carbon rear ...

Ive been on the phone with my buddy (hands free of course) while we were doing some spicy driving, so he gets the benefit of my R3 too.
My DFR8 saved my ASS tonight. Was going a fair bit over...not 3 digit but Definitely a big ticket able offense. He must have been running instant on cause my detector kept pinging then going quiet. Slowed my ass down and sure enough 1.5-2 miles down the road there was a officer just chillin.
I heard the DFR8 is unbeatable in the price range

Hi just curious, how good does the game look in VR? Are colors pretty crisp, framerate is high and stable, and the picture is pretty clear in VR?
The game in VR honestly is astonishing, you lose some detail but gain other detail you didn’t know was there without the headset. Frame rate is high and very stable, the picture is very clear, but one thing is objects that are far into the distance are pixely, and water vapor looks like tetris at a distance you will love it, the PSVR2 is fantastic!
@@iggy_gtr thanks! Running assetto corsa on a valve index on a laptop with a 2070. My experience is somewhat similar to that, was just curious how PSVR would be.

Good luck, the R7 is fantastic but if you on the brink of suspension you should drive with your head on a swivel.

How much torque does it make? Kinda expecting a number either as high as the HP or higher, as I usually expect these engines with that turbo layout to have those amounts of torque.
Torque was being limited to prevent head lift, this motor had a bit of flaw during assembly and only 11mm ARP2000s were used as I was initially told as that would be good enough. A different tuner told me the head would lift so when this video was taken we made 933whp but had heavily limited torque. Someone more experienced chimed in and told us we can make way more torque on the 11mm ARP2000s so we will be back to the dyno shortly once the leaky manifold is fixed!

Really special car. So good. The engine build is unique - big twins and a 3.2 stroked RB30. How is the boost threshold with these turbos and a 3.2 litre? Twin setups should have better throttle response than the equivalent total flow rate big single turbo. Many seem to be running single turbo setups nowadays. Only recently have some skyline GTR owners started building big power RB engine again with modern responsive twins. It's been a long time since the laggy 90s Japenese twin turbo monster days - modern twins wills beat big singles on throttle response and boost threshold. Single turbos with low A/R turbines won't maintain top end power for as many RPMs as modern twins do. The borgwarner 8374 1.05 A/R will fall off 1000 RPM earlier than twin 6258 turbos on a 2.6 looking at dyno curves on sau.com.au
